We’re looking for our next Registered plans Administrator. Could It Be You?
The primary role of the RSP Administrator is to support our client Registered savings plans, TFSAs, RESPs and FSHSAs by administering client account requests. The RSP Administrator will process client requests and administer client’s plan accounts in accordance with SRO regulations and Questrade’s internal operations procedures, while continually being vigilant of the customer experience.

In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Review RESP client account opening documents to confirm accuracy and ensure proper set up of accounts.

Process client requests for RRSPs, RIFs, TFSA, FHSA, LIRA, LRSP, LIF, RESP, etc by following Questrade, CRA and RQ policies and procedures.

Review reporting to ensure year end tax slips and XMLs are created and reported correctly
-
Investigate client queries and respond accordingly while maintaining exceptional levels of client service
-
Monitor work queues and take ownership of tasks as assigned within Registered Plan’s SLAs
-
Assures accurate and efficient administration of client cash and account management for plan accounts
-
Complete daily processing of tasks within departmental standards
-
Collaborate with other Questrade departments as required
-
Review all required documentations that are needed to complete tasks
-
Perform any other duties as required and/or assigned.

College or University graduate or equivalent is preferred (preferably in administration and/or finance area)
-
1+ years brokerage experience is preferred, preferably in Customer service, Back Office or RSP Administration
-
Working knowledge of registered accounts such as RRSPs, RIFs, TFSA, FHSA, LIRA, LRSP, LIF, RESP
-
Knowledge of G-Suite preferred, especially Google Sheets
-
Experience using Broadridge BPS is an asset and preferred
-
Excellent communication skills
-
Positive attitude and strong client orientation
-
Strong organisational and multitasking capabilities
-
High level of attention to detail
-
Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
-
Completion of the CSC, CPH and related courses is an asset
-
Curiosity to learn and understand why and how

Compensation Information:

Base salary range: $50,000- $55,000

The final compensation package will be commensurate with the successful candidate's experience, skills, and geographic location (Canada). It includes a comprehensive benefits plan and a competitive incentive (bonus) program for Full-Time Permanent roles.
