R Courier is looking for a motivated and personable Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and developing their sales skills in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role
As an Sales Associate, you will be responsible for promoting and selling R Courier products and services to customers. You will engage with potential customers, understand their needs, communicate the value of our offerings, and help turn conversations into sales.
We are looking for someone who is confident, enthusiastic, professional, and comfortable communicating with a wide range of customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell R Courier products and services
- Engage with prospective customers and identify their needs
- Clearly communicate product and service benefits
- Build positive relationships with customers
- Follow up with leads and potential customers
- Work toward individual and team sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales
- Represent R Courier in a professional and positive manner
- Continuously develop product knowledge and sales techniques
What We're Looking For
- Current Pharmacology Student or Nursing Student
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident and personable approach to sales
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset, but not required
Compensation
$18–$20 per hour + performance-based incentives for sales wins
