RackAir is a commercial mechanical contractor. We service and maintain HVAC and refrigeration systems for hospitals, long-term care and retirement homes, condominium corporations, hotels, and commercial and industrial properties across the Greater Toronto Area, Kingston and Eastern Ontario, and the National Capital Region.

Refrigeration and HVAC under one roof. Most commercial HVAC contractors do not touch refrigeration rack systems, and most refrigeration specialists do not run building HVAC. Buildings that need both carry two vendors, and when a rack-fed room will not hold temperature, each one says it is the other's problem. We do both. We are named for it.

What that looks like in practice:

One account manager who knows your buildings, your equipment and your service history. You are not re-explaining the site to a dispatcher.

A written report after every inspection and service call, with findings, recommendations and photographs. Documentation you can put in front of an owner, a board, an insurer or an auditor without editing it first.

Deficiencies reported early, with the cost of acting now set against the cost of waiting, so capital planning is a decision rather than a reaction.

When we give you options, we tell you which one we recommend and where the others are not actually comparable. A scope that shows the electrical as by others is not the same scope, and you should not find that out later.

Our clients are not looking for the lowest quote. They are looking for a mechanical partner they do not have to babysit.
