Ralph L. Wadsworth Construction Company, LLC (RLW) builds complex, multi-million dollar infrastructure projects across the Intermountain West for both public and private clients. Founded in 1975 by Ralph L. Wadsworth, the company is now led by President Brandon Squire and Executive Vice President Tod Wadsworth, Ralph’s son. In 2009, RLW was acquired by Sterling Construction Company, headquartered in Houston, Texas. The acquisition strengthened Sterling’s presence across key markets including Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, Texas, Washington, Wyoming, and Utah. Sterling ranked #59 on ENR’s 2024 Top 400 Contractors, #66 for New Contracts, and #41 among the Top 50 Domestic Contractors. Brandon and Tod continue to lead RLW, driving the company’s growth, innovation, and commitment to excellence.
