Role Description The Veterinary Medical Receptionist/Client Care Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Beaumont, AB. This position is responsible for greeting clients and patients, answering phones, managing appointment scheduling, and coordinating client check-in and check-out processes. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate client and patient records, processing payments, preparing invoices, and supporting the veterinary team by organizing medical files and communicating follow-up instructions. The role also involves handling client inquiries with professional phone etiquette, explaining clinic procedures, and ensuring a welcoming, calm environment in the reception area. The specialist works closely with veterinarians and technicians to support efficient clinic operations and positive client experiences.
