- Warmly greet all walk-in traffic, including drivers, clients, and vendors.
- Act as the "keeper of the office"; ensuring the reception and common areas remain clean,
organized, and free of clutter.
- Receive incoming packages and promptly delegate or direct them to the warehouse.
- Create and process outbound courier shipments (e.g., FedEx, UPS, Purolator).
Financial & Bookkeeping
- Generate and process outbound customer invoicing accurately and efficiently.
- Receive incoming vendor invoices and properly assign them to the correct jobs in our
system.
- Create, manage, and reconcile expense reports for the company’s USD and CAD credit
cards.

that Ranger is officially listed as a certificate holder.
- Perform monthly driver’s license verifications and pull quarterly driver abstracts.
- Proactively track and alert drivers regarding upcoming expiring licenses and medical
downgrades.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative, front office, or office management role.
- Experience in the transportation, logistics, or trucking industry is strongly preferred.
- Solid understanding of basic billing, invoicing, and expense reporting.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a natural drive to keep your workspace tidy and
efficient.
- High attention to detail - especially when handling compliance documents, insurance
certificates, and financial data.
- Ability to switch gears quickly between customer service and focused administrative work.
