What is the opportunity?
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications. You will work on both front-end and back-end components using Angular, Java Spring Boot, and Python. Experience in asset management or financial services is preferred.
What will you do?
- Front-end development - Build responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using Angular and TypeScript
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimal user experience
- Back-End Development - Design and maintain server-side logic, microservices, and RESTful APIs using Java Spring Boot
- Implement secure and efficient backend architectures
- Python Development - Develop backend services, data processing scripts, and automation tools using Python
- Integrate Python components with existing systems
- Database Management - Design and manage PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL Server databases
- Optimize database performance for efficient data storage and retrieval
- Write complex SQL queries and stored procedures
- Collaboration & Quality - Work collaboratively in an Agile team environment to deliver features across the full software development lifecycle
- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
What you need to succeed? Must have:
- Experience: 3+ years of professional full-stack software development experience
- Front-End: Strong expertise in Angular and modern front-end technologies
- Back-End: Proven experience with Java and Spring Boot frameworks
- Python: Professional experience using Python for backend development or automation
- Database: Strong experience with PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL Server, including complex SQL query development
- Tools: Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Nice to have:
- Experience in asset management, wealth management, or financial services
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems
- Experience with database performance tuning and optimization
