About the Role
The Sales & Service Manager is a key leadership role at RCVRI’s Toronto Flagship Studio, responsible for driving revenue, developing strategic partnerships, and delivering an exceptional end-to-end client experience.
You will own in-studio sales performance across memberships, packs, and retail, while also developing corporate partnerships and leading the front-of-house team.
This role combines sales leadership, business development, customer experience, and studio operations. You will be expected to lead from the front - building relationships, generating revenue, coaching your team, and ensuring every client interaction reflects RCVRI’s premium brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Own and drive in-studio sales performance across memberships, packs, and retail.
- Lead inbound and outbound sales initiatives to grow the client base and improve conversion.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently work toward revenue targets.
- Track and analyze KPIs including revenue, conversion, retention, average client spend, and lifetime value.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
- Execute promotions and campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Use performance data to identify opportunities and continuously improve sales results.
Corporate Partnerships & Business Development
- Develop and manage corporate wellness partnerships, events, and group bookings.
- Prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close new corporate accounts.
- Build relationships with local businesses, fitness communities, and strategic brand partners.
- Identify opportunities for recurring corporate revenue and new business.
- Represent RCVRI within the Toronto wellness, fitness, business, and community ecosystem.
Customer Experience & Front-Of-House Leadership
- Own the full customer journey, from first interaction through membership and retention.
- Lead, coach, and develop the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service and sales performance.
- Establish and maintain service standards, sales processes, scripts, and operating procedures.
- Monitor client feedback and implement improvements that increase satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the escalation point for client concerns, resolving issues with professionalism and care.
- Ensure every client interaction reflects RCVRI's premium brand experience.
Studio Operations
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations, including scheduling, staffing, bookings, check-ins, and client flow.
- Ensure the studio operates efficiently and consistently delivers a high-quality client experience.
- Maintain exceptional standards of presentation, cleanliness, and organization.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational protocols.
- Identify and implement improvements to studio processes and workflows.
People & Culture
- Recruit, onboard, train, and develop a high-performing front-of-house team.
- Create a positive, accountable, and sales-focused team culture.
- Set clear expectations and performance goals.
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management.
- Lead by example and foster a team environment built around service, ownership, and results.

Your success will be measured through a combination of commercial, customer, and team performance, including:
- Membership and pack sales growth
- Sales conversion rates
- Corporate partnership revenue
- Client retention and satisfaction

- Overall studio revenue performance
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has 2+ years of experience in a sales-driven management role, ideally within fitness, wellness, hospitality, retail, or a premium consumer brand.
- Has a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Is confident prospecting, selling, negotiating, and developing business relationships.
- Has experience developing partnerships or new business opportunities.
- Has strong leadership experience managing and coaching front-line teams.
- Is highly customer-focused and passionate about delivering premium experiences.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
