Realize Medical builds Elucis, FDA-cleared virtual reality (VR) medical imaging software for patient-specific 3D surgical and procedural planning. Elucis is 510(k)-cleared (K220649) in the United States.

With Elucis, clinicians and 3D lab teams turn a patient's CT or MRI into an interactive 3D model, then segment, measure and plan on it in VR or on the desktop. One shared model lets surgeons, imaging specialists and the 3D lab review the same anatomy before the OR.

What teams do in Elucis today: • Manual and semi-automatic 3D segmentation, inside VR or on the desktop • Measure length, angle and cross-sectional area on the 3D model • Import device and implant models (STL/OBJ) to trial sizing and placement against the patient's anatomy • Work with multi-phase (4D) imaging • Plan together in live sessions, in the same room or across sites; images and patient health information are not transmitted during collaboration • Export models as STL, OBJ or DICOM for 3D printing and downstream use

Teams use Elucis across specialties including pediatric cardiology, structural heart, cardiothoracic surgery, orthopedic oncology, head and neck surgery, gynecologic surgery and urology.
