Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced DB2 Developer to work on critical applications supported by large-scale DB2 databases (10TB+).
The role requires the candidate to understand the landscape of the application and the data, including its topology across the Online Data store and the Data Warehousing counterparts.
The challenges we strive to solve include scalability and performance related to handling very large data sets and multiple data sources.
Required Skills
✅ 10+ years of IT experience with strong DB2 development experience
✅ Hands-on experience with large DB2 databases (10TB+)
✅ Strong DB2 SQL / database development skills
✅ Strong Linux/UNIX experience
✅ Python scripting/programming experience
✅ Experience with Data Modeling, ETL, and Data Warehousing
✅ Strong understanding of database performance and scalability
✅ Experience working with multiple data sources
✅ Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
✅ Ability to work effectively with global teams
