RED Hospitality and Leisure is the largest luxury Watersports operator for hotels in South Florida, the Caribbean and Hawaii.

Established in 2018, RED partners with premier brands across the most exclusive islands to bring unique, one of a kind land and sea based experiences to our mutual guests from around the world. Our clients include The Ritz-Carlton, Autograph Collection, Westin, Grace Bay Club, The Bungalows, Margaritaville Key West, Havana Cabana, Pier House, Grand Wailea and others.

Daily snorkel and sunset trips disembark from our hotels every day with full catering menus, live music and sightseeing tours, while leisurely guests enjoy our on-site offerings, including hobie cat sailing lessons, kayak and SUPs rentals, best in class snorkeling equipment and boutique retail shopping.

We exist to create the Christmas card moments, the stories told around the dinner table and our goal is to create customers for life, by delivering consistent products and services our guests can enjoy across our portfolio of destinations.
