We are currently recruiting for a Private Equity Senior Fund Accounting Manager to join a leading global financial services organisation in Toronto.
This is a senior leadership position with responsibility for fund accounting delivery, client relationships and team management across a portfolio of alternative investment funds.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop fund accounting teams, ensuring accurate and timely NAV delivery.
- Oversee NAV reviews, valuations, reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Manage key client relationships, queries and escalations.
- Maintain strong operational controls and drive process improvements.
- Support new fund launches, onboarding and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong fund accounting experience within fund administration or asset management.
- Previous Manager/Senior Manager-level experience with responsibility for teams and clients.
- Strong technical knowledge of NAV calculation and fund accounting.
- Experience across alternative investment funds, ideally hedge funds and/or private markets.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
