Reflection Centre is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Qualified Psychotherapist or Social Worker (MSW) to join our team as independent contractors.
We are currently looking to add an adult therapist and a child & teen therapist to our team. We are also open to hearing from clinicians who have experience and enjoy working with both adults and children/teens.
We are a collaborative group of therapists who value connection, with our clients and with one another. While everyone works independently and brings their own style and areas of expertise to the practice, we also believe some of the best clinical work happens when therapists have opportunities to think together, share perspectives, and support one another.
Who we're looking for:
For our adult therapy practice, we would love to hear from a therapist who:
- Is registered, qualified, and in good standing with CRPO or OCSWSSW
- Has experience working with adults
- Has training and experience in EMDR
- Works from an integrative approach and is comfortable drawing from different therapeutic modalities based on the needs of the client
- Is warm, thoughtful, curious, and confident in their clinical work
- Enjoys working independently but also values being part of a team
- Is open to consultation, collaboration, and continued learning
- Brings strong communication skills and professionalism to their work
For our child & teen therapy practice, we are looking for a qualified therapist who:
- Has experience providing therapy to children and adolescents
- Is comfortable working with a range of presenting concerns and understands how to adapt their approach to the age and needs of the child or teen
- Is able to build strong, genuine relationships with young clients
- Is comfortable collaborating with parents and caregivers when appropriate
- Brings warmth, creativity, flexibility, and strong clinical skills to their work
For either role, experience working with separation, divorce, co-parenting, parent-child relationships, or complex family dynamics would be a wonderful addition to our team.
As part of the role, you will have 1.5 hours of group supervision each week. This is an opportunity to bring questions, talk through challenging cases, learn from one another, and stay connected to the team.
We value clinicians who are down-to-earth, compassionate, clinically strong, and willing to continue learning. We don't expect everyone on our team to practise in the same way. We value the different perspectives, personalities, and experience each therapist brings.
This is an independent contractor position with the opportunity to build a caseload that fits your experience and areas of interest.
If you primarily work with adults, children and teens, or enjoy working with both, we would love to hear from you.
