<p>Position: Client Services Worker (Program Supervisor)<br>Hours: 40 wake hours per week- Please see attached Schedule<br>Location/Region: Meridian / Edmonton (Stony Plain)<br>Competition Number: #20-100<br>Start Date: June 15, 2025 </p><p>Description: The Client Services Worker reports to a Client Services Worker with Supervisor Responsibilities (PSR) Program Supervisor. The Client Services Worker with Supervisor Responsibilities reports to the Client Services Coordinator This person works primarily within a team setting, however, may also work independently within a program or through community access. This is a front-line position that has the responsibility to support and facilitate the development of skills and competencies that will assist clients to pursue and fulfilling their goals, objectives, and aspirations. <br>Minimum Qualifications:(CSWorker 1): <br> Equivalent of High School education from a recognized institution (or currently enrolled in High School) <br> Proficient command/comprehension of the English language <br> Police Information Check that does not disqualify you from employment<br> Computer literacy and proficiency in the use of basic office applications<br> Emergency First Aid and CPR <br> Minimum three Open Futures Learning courses annually<br>Additional Education:(CSWorker 2):<br> Community Disability Studies Certificate or related post-secondary education</p><p> Class 5 License and 2 million dollar liability insurance on personal vehicle<br> Personal Care (Training and experience an asset)<br> Requirements for this program: <br>CSW with PSR (Program Supervisor-PS):</p><p>Additional Responsibilities will be assigned, as well as the following additional Outcome Expectations: <br> Ensure that mentoring of employees is occurring <br> Supervision of team members, strengthens accountability among team members<br> The team is functioning as an effective, unified support team<br>Salary: Wage range: $19.45- $22.77 (Dependant on education/experience) (+$7 Program Supervisor Premium – Program Specific)<br> Incomplete Applications will not be considered</p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: normal;"><strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;">Work Schedule: </span></strong></p><p> Monday to Friday 8 am to 4 pm</p>
