Project Director – Ground-Up ICI Construction
Location: Mississauga, ON
Compensation: $200,000–$222,000 + bonus + benefits + RRSP
A leading General Contractor in the GTA is seeking a seasoned Project Director to provide strategic leadership across large-scale, ground-up Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional (ICI) projects.
This role is focused on oversight, accountability, and delivery excellence - guiding multiple project teams, driving performance, and ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level leadership across multiple ground-up ICI projects
- Mentor and lead Project Managers, Site Teams, and Construction Managers
- Own project financials, schedules, risk mitigation, and client relationships
- Partner with senior leadership on strategic planning and operational improvements
- Uphold best-in-class standards for safety, quality, and client satisfaction
Ideal Background
- 12+ years of experience delivering ground-up ICI construction projects
- Proven leadership experience with a reputable General Contractor
- Strong financial acumen and executive communication skills
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in the GTA market
