Junior Licensed Property Manager – Training & Mentorship Provided

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Licensed Junior Property Manager to join our Yaletown team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their property management career who wants hands-on experience, mentorship, and room to grow.
The Role
You will work closely with and be mentored by a Senior Property Manager, supporting a larger portfolio of furnished and unfurnished properties while gradually building and managing a smaller portfolio of your own.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with day-to-day property management and client service
- Coordinating move-ins, move-outs, inspections, maintenance, and service requests
- Communicating with owners, tenants, strata managers, and vendors
- Assisting with tenancy matters and case management
- Managing a small and growing portfolio of your own
- Attending property and client appointments throughout Vancouver

We are looking for someone who is positive, accountable, tech-savvy, organized, and a strong problem solver. You should enjoy working with people, communicate professionally, and be eager to learn and build a long-term career in property management.
Requirements:
- BC Rental Property Management Licence
- Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work from our Yaletown office and attend appointments throughout Vancouver
- Some flexibility for occasional after-hours or weekend appointments, particularly around month-end
- Previous residential property management experience is an asset, but training and mentorship are provided
