We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive who can help expand our presence within the property management industry and build lasting relationships with clients.
Position:
This is a full-cycle B2B sales position focused on bringing RentZoro to property managers and property management companies. You will be responsible for developing new business, connecting with decision-makers, demonstrating the platform, negotiating agreements, and converting prospects into long-term customers.
The ideal candidate understands the property management space, is comfortable speaking directly with decision-makers, and knows how to turn relationships and conversations into business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective property management clients.
- Prospect for new business through outbound calls, email, networking, referrals, and other business development channels.
- Connect with property owners, property managers, and other industry decision-makers to understand their needs.
- Present RentZoro's platform and demonstrate how it can support their rental operations.
- Manage prospects through the complete sales process, from initial outreach through negotiation and close.
- Develop trusted relationships with clients and identify opportunities for continued business.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity, opportunities, and client information within Salesforce.
- Work alongside the marketing team on campaigns and initiatives designed to reach property management professionals.
- Negotiate commercial terms and agreements with prospective customers.
- Stay current on developments within the property management, rental, and PropTech industries.
- Identify opportunities to expand RentZoro into new customer segments, markets, and strategic partnerships.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or a related client-facing role.
- Experience selling SaaS, PropTech, real estate technology, or other business solutions is an asset.
- Direct experience working with or selling to property managers or property management companies.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage a sales pipeline and full sales cycle.
- Strong prospecting and relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable speaking with senior decision-makers and conducting product demonstrations.
- Highly organized with strong follow-up and pipeline management skills.
- Self-directed, commercially minded, and motivated by achieving measurable results.
- An existing network within the property management or rental industry is considered an asset.
