Title: Personal Support Worker (PSW)
Position available as of: Immediately
Status: Part –time
We deliver a unique care system for fully independent individuals, safe and clean conditions, a variety of dining options, activities, and entertainment. Our team gives regular updates to our tenant's families to inform them on their well-being and general health.
Job Description: We are looking for a reliable personal support worker to join our team. Duties and skills to support clients at their homes or residences may include assistance with shopping, light cleaning, meal preparation and laundry.
Duties
- Table service at Meals
- General maintenance
- Assisting with personal hygiene·
- Household management·
- Caregiver relief·
- Recognize ongoing medical conditions
- Work with individuals with cognitive impairment and mental health issues
- Provide optimal support
Qualifications
- High school diploma
- PSW Certification
- CPR Certification ( a plus)
- A police check is mandatory and will be required if candidate is hired
- Bilingual
- Work experience with seniors
- Experience with administrating medication
