Original job description
REWORKIO is the all-in-one platform for professionals and businesses to build, prove, and grow powered by AI . We connect businesses heavily reliant on manual processes with verified AI and automation experts who build intelligent, scalable pipelines . We are engineered for trust, relying on proof-of-work verification and milestone-based deliverables
About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled AI Automation Specialist to join our team to design, build, and optimize automated systems that streamline business operations, reduce manual work, and drive efficiency at scale. This role is ideal for someone who understands both business processes and automation tools, and can translate complex workflows into intelligent, scalable systems. You will be building real-world automations - from AI customer support bots to fully automated lead pipelines
What You’ll Do
Analyze existing business processes and identify high-impact automation opportunities.
Design and implement end-to-end automation workflows. Build seamless integrations between platforms, APIs, and AI tools.
Automate repetitive tasks across marketing, operations, and customer workflows. Develop AI-driven systems, including custom chatbots, autonomous agents, and content pipelines
Monitor, test, and optimize automation performance for reliability. Document workflows and architect systems to ensure scalability and clear visibility
A Day in the Life
Typical Start Time: Flexible, remote-first environment allowing you to work when you are most productive.
Tech Stack: Automation platforms (Zapier, Make/Integromat, n8n), AI Tools (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, LangChain, AutoGPT), APIs & Webhooks, No-code/Low-code tools, CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce), and basic scripting (Python, JavaScript)
Work Style: Highly independent, collaborative, and asynchronous. You will be evaluated on your "proof-of-work" and the reliability of your deliverables
Communication: Primarily async via Slack, email, and documented reports with the internal team and stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
Required Experience: Proven track record of building and deploying functional automation systems for businesses.
System Design: Strong understanding of workflows, logic, and architecture. You naturally think in the framework of process → automation → optimization → scale.
Problem-Solving: A detail-oriented mindset capable of debugging complex API integrations and optimizing prompt logic.
Documentation: Strong communication skills with a habit of documenting your automation architecture clearly.
Nice to Have: Experience with AI agents or autonomous workflows; understanding of data pipelines and analytics; experience in SaaS, startups, or digital operations.
What Success Looks Like
Manual processes are measurably reduced or entirely eliminated.
Systems run reliably with minimal human intervention.
Operational efficiency and scalability are visibly increased.
Automation architecture is clear, well-documented, and easy for the team to navigate. Culture, Benefits & Compensation
Compensation: Competitive 50k–80k USD range (based on experience and project scope), with performance-based bonuses possible. Flexibility: 100% remote work culture
Growth: Long-term opportunities for high performers to grow into an automation lead role.
Inclusivity: REWORK Digital is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We welcome people of different backgrounds, experiences, abilities, and perspectives to apply
Application & Interview Process
To ensure a streamlined process, please expect the following turnaround:
Initial Application: Submit your profile (No cover letter required - we care about your work, not your words).
Provide Proof-of-Work: Please include examples of automation systems you’ve built (with ROI or results if possible) and the tools you specialize in. Optional but highly recommended: Include a Loom link or short demo of a system you’ve created.
Technical Review: We will review your portfolio/demo to assess your system design skills.
Final Interview: A brief sync to ensure alignment on goals and expectations
