Position Overview
Providing quality training since 1996, Rhodes Wellness College is recognized as a leader in counselling, wellness, and coaching education.
We offer a warm and vibrant environment with a team committed to their own growth and wellness, as well as that of our students. Our students are diverse, curious, and engaged with their learning.
This is not your typical educational institution. We use an experiential learning model that emphasizes active participation. Through practice, reflection, demonstration, discussion, and real-world application, students develop new skills, attitudes, and approaches to working with clients.
If you are an experienced counsellor and passionate educator looking for a dynamic and meaningful teaching environment, you could be a great fit for our faculty.
The Opportunity
We are seeking experienced, qualified counsellors who are strong facilitators and educators to join our faculty as Clinical Supervisors for students entering the final two semesters of our Counselling Diploma Program.
Clinical Supervision plays an important role in helping students transition from classroom learning into professional counselling practice. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will support students in developing their clinical skills, applying counselling theory to practice, engaging in reflective learning, and developing their professional identity and competencies.
We are looking for counsellors who enjoy teaching, facilitating groups, and creating an engaging and supportive learning environment for adult learners.

Clinical Supervision is delivered over a 12-week semester, with approximately 48 instructional hours per semester.
- Schedule: Fridays, 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. Pacific Time (Vancouver time)

- Teaching format: Synchronous online instruction via Zoom
- Blended opportunity: We are also seeking faculty members who are available to teach both online and in person from our Vancouver campus.
