Responsibilities
Teach seven blocks of secondary Technology Education, including Woodwork 9–12, Metalwork 9–12, Computer-Assisted Drawing and Design, and the Grade 8 Technology Education wheel. Adapt curriculum and instruction to support students with varied skill levels, language abilities, cultural backgrounds, and learning needs, while collaborating with colleagues.
Requirements
Applicants must have current academic and professional preparation, as well as teaching experience in secondary Technology Education. The successful candidate must demonstrate collaborative teamwork, flexibility, differentiated instruction, project-based learning, and the ability to engage students from diverse cultural and language backgrounds and with varied learning needs.
