Responsibilities
- Collection of overdue accounts (calling clients, emails, account statements).
- Works closely with partners and the Collection team.
- Maintains good relationships with clients.
- Ensures receivables are collected in the shortest delay possible.
- Follows up collection activities documentation closely.
- Generates reports and data related to collection and accounts receivable.
Requirements
- DEC in Accounting
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in collection
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in contacting important clients
- Capable of working independently and negotiating efficiently
- Good judgment and ability to act with professionalism
- Great sense of confidentiality
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Team oriented

The salary range for this position is $54,000 to $82,000. Employees may also be eligible to participate in our bonus program. Compensation is determined in accordance with applicable pay transparency legislation and is regularly reviewed to remain competitive in the marketplace. Salaries within this range reflect individual contributions and are based on objective factors such as internal equity, experience, education, role scope, and required skills.
