Role: Boundary Application Project Manager

Job Description:
This position seeks a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the Boundary Apps portfolio. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and oversight of technical and operational aspects to ensure successful outcomes aligned with business goals.
Location: Calgary, AB | 4 days/week in office
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for Boundary Apps initiatives, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product, operations) and external partners to ensure alignment and timely delivery
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk assessments, and status reports
- Facilitate regular project meetings, track milestones, and manage change requests
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, data governance, and security protocols
- Identify and resolve project issues, escalating when necessary
- Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement efforts
Skills and Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in software or digital applications
- Strong understanding of boundary applications, data integration, and enterprise systems
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Azure DevOps)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred:
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification
- Experience working on ERP implementation projects
- Experience working in a regulated or enterprise environment
- Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms, and data workflows
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
