Responsibilities
- Prepare and set tables with meticulous attention to detail;
- Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their table;
- Present the menu and provide informed recommendations;
- Take orders and liaise efficiently with the kitchen and bar;
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with the establishment’s standards;
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience;
- Supervise and train commis waiters when required;
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the work area.
Skills And Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, with at least 1–2 years as a waiter or in a similar role;
- Strong customer service skills and guest-oriented mindset;
- Solid knowledge of service techniques and hygiene standards;
- Team spirit, responsiveness, and ability to work well under pressure;
- Bilingual (French and English).required in order to provide quality service to our local, tourist, and international clientele
