We are seeking a data-driven Data Analystto join our team.
In this role, you will turn raw operational, financial, and supply chain data into actionable insights. You will work directly with leadership to optimize production pipelines, track labor efficiency, and refine project forecasting.
Responsibilities:
Dashboards & Reporting: Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards in Power BI or Tableau to track key business metrics and shop floor efficiency.
Data Pipeline Management: Query and clean structured data from our centralized ERP, inventory management, and CRM tracking systems using SQL and Excel.
Operational Analytics: Analyze project lifecycles to identify supply chain bottlenecks, labor hours variance, and material cost fluctuations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Translate complex data metrics into simple, visual summaries for project managers and executives to assist in strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
Experience: 1+ years of professional experience in a data analytics, business intelligence, or operational analysis role.
Technical Stack: Strong proficiency in writing SQL queries and building interactive data visualizations (Power BI, Tableau, or similar tool). Basic Python or R skills for data manipulation is a major plus.
Analytical Mindset: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a high level of comfort working with large, messy operational datasets.
Communication: Native-level fluency in written and verbal English with the ability to tell a story using data.
Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in either the United States or Canada without visa sponsorship.
Security: Must be eligible to pass basic federal reliability/background screening (required due to our public infrastructure contracts).
