Job Description:
The Senior Consultant, SuccessFactors Employee Central Data & Integration, is responsible for executing data migration, replication, and integration activities across SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP ECC/S/4HANA environments. Working closely with the Data Lead and project leadership, this role independently configures and supports Business Integration Builder (BIB) and Infoporter solutions, executes data migration activities, validates HR data integrity, and supports integration testing and cutover readiness.

Data Migration & Conversion
· Lead execution of data assessment, cleansing, transformation, and validation activities for Employee Central implementations and conversions
· Configure and execute data migration activities for Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, Employee Central HR data, and historical employee records
· Develop and maintain migration workbooks, transformation rules, and validation reports
· Execute mock conversions, reconciliation cycles, and production data loads
· Analyze and resolve data quality issues throughout the migration lifecycle

BIB & Replication Configuration
· Configure and support Business Integration Builder (BIB) frameworks for employee and organizational data replication
· Configure replication models and mapping structures between SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP ECC/S/4HANA
· Execute and validate initial data loads and ongoing replication processes
· Troubleshoot replication failures and data synchronization issues
· Perform root cause analysis and support issue resolution activities

Infoporter Configuration & Data Validation
· Configure and maintain Infoporter extraction and validation solutions
· Develop and execute data extracts, validation reports, and reconciliation processes
· Support data transformation and audit activities using Infoporter tools
· Validate employee, organizational, compensation, and foundation data across integrated systems
· Produce migration metrics, quality reports, and readiness assessments

Required Qualifications:
· 5+ years of SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors experience
· 3+ years of hands-on SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation experience
· Experience configuring and supporting BIB (Business Integration Builder)
· Experience using Infoporter for data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and migration support
· Experience executing HR data migration and conversion activities
· Strong understanding of Employee Central data models, Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, and HR master data structures
· Experience supporting ECC and/or S/4HANA integrated landscapes
· Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
· Ability to work independently on complex project deliverables
· Strong communication and client-facing consulting skills
