About the Role
RONCO Safety is looking for an experienced, hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team.
In this role, you will plan, execute and optimize digital marketing initiatives that build brand visibility, generate qualified leads and support business growth. Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Product and Design, you will take ownership of campaigns, website content, digital performance reporting and CRM marketing activities.
We are looking for someone who can work independently, recommend improvements and manage projects from planning through performance review. As you develop within the team and demonstrate results, the role may expand to include broader campaign leadership, marketing planning and cross-functional project responsibilities.
What You’ll Do
1) Digital campaigns and content
- Plan and deliver integrated digital campaigns aligned with business objectives, defining target audiences, channel plans, timelines, approved budgets and performance measures.
- Manage paid search and paid social campaigns, monitor spend and results, and test audiences, messaging and creative to improve lead quality and campaign efficiency.
- Manage the social media calendar and day-to-day publishing and engagement; monitor brand mentions and share relevant customer feedback with internal teams.
- Create and coordinate email campaigns, blogs, videos, newsletters, presentations, brochures and event materials, working with Design and Product teams to ensure accuracy and consistent branding.
- Support the planning and coordination of company events, trade shows, customer events and other marketing-related activities as required, including event materials, logistics and coordination with internal teams and external vendors.
2) Websites and performance optimization
- Maintain and improve RONCO websites, keeping product pages, campaign landing pages and other content accurate, current and aligned with business priorities.
- Implement SEO improvements and coordinate website and landing page enhancements with design or technical resources to improve user experience and conversion.
- Maintain campaign tracking and reporting; analyze traffic, engagement, conversions, lead generation and cost per lead, and present actionable recommendations to Marketing leadership.
- Research competitors, customer needs and digital trends; propose and test new approaches to support brand awareness and growth.
3) CRM and lead management
- Maintain accurate CRM contact and account data, oversee scheduled validation and segmentation, and build targeted lists for campaigns and prospecting.
- Work with Sales to identify target accounts and relevant contacts, support data acquisition and ensure incoming leads are logged accurately and routed for timely follow-up.
- Coordinate CRM lists with email marketing platforms and develop lead nurturing activities that support the sales process while respecting consent and unsubscribe requirements.
- Analyze campaign response and contact activity, monitor lead progression with Sales, and recommend improvements to targeting, follow-up and conversion.
- Maintain CRM procedures and process documentation, train users and work with departments to improve adoption, data consistency and workflow effectiveness.
4) Collaboration and continued development
- Coordinate assigned projects with Marketing, Sales, Product and external partners, communicating progress, dependencies and recommendations to the Marketing Manager.
- Take on broader marketing initiatives and project leadership as skills, business knowledge and demonstrated performance develop, in line with team needs.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- 4 years of relevant digital marketing experience, preferably within a manufacturing, industrial or B2B environment.
- Demonstrated success independently planning, delivering and optimizing campaigns across paid search, paid social, organic social, email marketing and SEO.
- Hands-on experience with website content management systems, CRM platforms, email marketing tools and web analytics; experience supporting B2B lead generation and sales follow-up is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, paid advertising and conversion optimization, with practical experience using platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn and Meta.
- Ability to use web and campaign analytics, including Google Analytics and Search Console, to interpret results, identify opportunities and recommend actions.
- Excellent writing, editing and content development skills, with the ability to communicate technical product information clearly to different business audiences.
- Working knowledge of audience segmentation, email automation, lead nurturing and CRM data quality; familiarity with tools such as Mailchimp or MailerLite.
- Strong project management, attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple product lines and deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate with Sales, Product and Design teams, communicate recommendations clearly and stay current with digital marketing trends and tools.
