ABOUT THE ROLE
Manage patient treatment plans from initial consultation through completion
Present recommended care and explain clinical steps in simple, honest language
Coordinate appointments and keep patients moving forward on their care journey
Discuss financial options, handle payment arrangements, and support insurance documentation
Maintain accurate patient records and track treatment and financial status
Follow up on outstanding balances and collaborate closely with clinical and admin team members
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Strong analytical skills to interpret treatment plans, financial information, and patient data
Excellent technical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , able to explain complex information clearly and build trust
Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple patient cases and deadlines
Dental, medical, or healthcare administration experience , treatment coordination or financial counseling , is an asset
Proficiency with practice management or billing software (Tracker for Dental is a plus) and general computer skills
High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business or healthcare administration is beneficial
