As we continue to grow, we are now looking for a motivated and hands-on
Product Support Technician to strengthen our support of our dealer network across the United States.
About The Role
As a Product Support Technician, you play a key role in ensuring that our products perform at the highest level in real-world conditions. You will work both in the field and in the shop, supporting dealers and customers with installations, troubleshooting, and technical expertise.
This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same - combining technical work, customer interaction, and travel across the U.S.
What You’ll Do
- Provide technical support and installation training to dealers and customers
- Perform both shop-based and field installations
- Troubleshoot electrical and hydraulic systems on heavy equipment
- Read and interpret schematics to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Support commissioning and optimize product performance in the field
- Create detailed service reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Travel across the United States to support customers and dealer partners
- Work closely with internal technical teams to deliver industry-leading support
- Build strong relationships through excellent communication and service
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience servicing mobile or heavy equipment
- Strong knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems
- Ability to read and interpret schematics
- Comfortable using digital tools and programming systems
- Organized, self-motivated, and highly responsive to customer needs
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel extensively and manage a flexible schedule
- Valid passport required
