Role Description: The Multifamily Property Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Vancouver, BC, with a mix of on-site property visits and work-from-home flexibility. This role oversees day-to-day operations of multifamily residential properties, including tenant relations, lease administration, rent collection, and coordination of maintenance and repairs. The Property Manager is responsible for monitoring budgets, preparing financial and occupancy reports, and supporting strategies to maximize property performance and resident satisfaction. Daily tasks include responding to resident inquiries, managing move-ins and move-outs, conducting property inspections, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and collaborating with vendors and contractors. The role also involves working closely with internal teams and ownership to support long-term asset value and uphold Klein Group’s service standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in multifamily property management, including tenant relations, lease administration, and rent collection.
- Skills in budgeting, financial reporting, and basic property performance analysis.
- Ability to coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor services, with strong attention to detail.
