Royal Premier Homes is a vertically integrated real estate developer, builder, and operator headquartered in London, Ontario. Since 1997, we have designed, built, and managed residential communities that serve every stage of life: from luxury furnished student developments near Western University, to custom family-oriented homes in established neighbourhoods, to rental communities built for long-term comfort and value.

We don't hand our buildings off. We design, develop, construct, and manage them year-round with our in-house team. Why? Because the people who build a home should be the ones who stand behind it. Our portfolio spans custom single-family developments, stacked townhomes, medium- and high-density residences, and purpose-built rental communities across London, with several new projects currently under development.
