Turn Marketing Plans Into Real Activity
We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to help plan, coordinate, and deliver marketing activity from our Toronto office.
You’ll work across campaigns, content, customer insights, digital activity, and promotional initiatives, helping turn marketing plans into practical work that reaches the right audiences. This role would suit someone who is commercially aware, organized, confident contributing ideas, and comfortable managing several marketing activities at the same time.
A typical week could involve:
- Supporting the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
- Developing and coordinating promotional materials and content
- Researching customers, competitors, and market activity
- Assisting with email, social media, website, and other digital campaigns
- Maintaining marketing calendars and campaign schedules
- Coordinating promotional events, partnerships, and marketing activities
- Working with internal teams to gather information and meet campaign requirements
- Monitoring campaign activity, deadlines, and deliverables
- Reviewing customer and campaign feedback to identify useful insights
- Helping prepare marketing reports, presentations, and performance updates
- Supporting consistent messaging across marketing channels
- Contributing ideas for new campaigns and customer engagement initiatives
Previous experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing, content, events, customer engagement, business development, or a related role is useful.
We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills, good commercial awareness, attention to detail, and the ability to keep multiple activities organized.
Experience with social media, email marketing, CRM systems, analytics, Microsoft Office, or other marketing platforms is helpful.
Training will be provided on company systems, processes, and the responsibilities of the position.
