We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist in Toronto, ON to support a variety of marketing projects, from campaign coordination and customer research to promotional activity and content.
This role would suit someone who is creative, organized, confident communicating with people, and interested in developing practical marketing skills.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives
- Help prepare marketing materials, presentations, and content
- Research customers, competitors, and market trends
- Assist with email, social media, and other marketing channels
- Help coordinate promotional events and marketing projects
- Communicate with internal teams and external contacts
- Track campaign activity, deadlines, and project updates
- Organize marketing files, schedules, and supporting information
- Assist with customer and audience research
- Review marketing materials for accuracy and consistency
- Help maintain clear and consistent brand messaging
- Support the wider marketing team with day-to-day projects
What’s Important
You’ll need good communication skills, strong organization, attention to detail, basic computer confidence, and an interest in marketing.
Previous experience in marketing, communications, sales, customer service, retail, events, administration, or other people-focused roles can provide useful transferable skills.
We’re looking for someone who can manage different priorities, communicate professionally, contribute ideas, and stay organized while working across several projects.
Training will be provided on our internal systems, campaigns, and marketing processes.
