What You’ll Do:
Build a Strong Talent Pipeline
- Source, interview, and qualify candidates for in-demand roles using our proprietary database (MatchGuide) and referrals.
- Develop a proactive pipeline of skilled candidates aligned with client needs.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and interview summaries in MatchGuide.
- Conduct in-person or video interviews and complete thorough reference checks.
Manage the Recruitment Process
- Work closely with Account Executives to understand job requirements and prioritize recruitment efforts.
- Present a shortlist of qualified candidates ensuring alignment with client specifications.
- Prepare resumes for submission, schedule interviews, and provide coaching to candidates.
Support & Engage Consultants
- Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout their assignment.
- Assist with onboarding, timesheet management, and consultant check-ins.
- Facilitate contract renewals and address consultant concerns in collaboration with Account Executives.
Ensure Compliance & Drive Performance
- Follow company policies, procedures, and best practices in all recruitment activities.
- Track and report recruitment activities, ensuring data integrity within MatchGuide.
- Meet and exceed key performance metrics aligned with company goals.
Qualifications
- Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma with minimum of 1-year external recruiting or customer facing service experience OR 2 years of high-level competitive sport/activity and/or leadership experience; OR other equivalent experience considered
- OR High School Diploma or equivalent plus 2 years recruiting or customer facing experience
- Experience with Federal Recruitment is a strong asset
- Proven experience in a fast paced, metrics driven, working environment preferred
- Proven ability to cultivate strong relationships
- Able to learn new complex ideas in a short time frame
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, prioritizing key activities
- Has determination, grit and a proven ability to go the extra mile
- Is confidential, professional, honest and works well both in teams and individually
- Team oriented and collaborative
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Ability to connect with others through phone, video, social media and in-person meetings
