Position Overview
This isn’t a role for someone looking to simply process requests. As the Account Manager, you’ll be the bridge between prospective clients and long-term partnerships. We’re looking for someone who is energized by building relationships, solving problems, creating opportunities, and delivering remarkable client experiences.
A strong understanding of the construction environment and established relationships within the equipment rental and construction sectors, particularly with mid-to-large-sized construction companies, will be key to your success. You’ll know how to connect with key decision makers, understand client needs, uncover opportunities, and build partnerships that create long-term value.
You’ll work closely with our Operations, Training, Marketing, and Client Success teams to ensure every client experiences a smooth, professional journey that reflects our commitment to making workplaces safer.
Why This Role Exists
This role exists to ensure every interaction with SafetyCo feels effortless, professional, and valuable. From responding to new inquiries to supporting existing clients and identifying additional opportunities, you’ll help clients get the most from their partnership with us.
Your construction industry knowledge and existing relationships will be an important part of your ability to identify opportunities, understand client needs, and connect organizations with the right SafetyCo solutions.
