Role DescriptionAs a Field Sales Representative, you will spend the majority of your time working out in the field across Vaughan and surrounding regions. You will be responsible for direct client engagement, driving app registrations, and building community presence. In-office presence is required only occasionally for team meetings, group presentations, or scheduled strategy syncs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Field Prospecting & Direct Sales: Actively engage prospects in the community, conduct face-to-face outreach, and generate client sign-ups out in the field.
- App Onboarding & Demonstrations: Walk prospective clients through the Sagewise Financial app and digital hub on personal mobile devices, helping them complete immediate account registration.
- Community Outreach: Attend local events, business hotspots, and community hubs across Vaughan to build brand awareness and expand client pipelines.
- Pipeline Management: Log field activity, manage prospective leads, and track registration metrics using our CRM platform.
- Occasional Office Check-ins: Attend periodic group syncs, team updates, or training sessions at our central office when scheduled.

Qualifications- 1+ years of experience in field sales, door-to-door, event marketing, direct sales, or customer engagement preferred.
- Comfort working actively outdoors and in mobile, out-of-office field environments throughout Vaughan, ON and neighboring areas.
- Strong interpersonal communication, active listening, and high energy when approaching potential clients.
- Tech-savvy with comfortable smartphone usage to demonstrate apps and guide sign-ups on site.
- High level of integrity, professional conduct, and discretion when handling prospective client financial information.
- Secondary school diploma required; post-secondary education in business or finance is an asset.
