Role Description The Selling Specialist is a part-time, on-site role based in Montreal, QC. This role involves engaging with customers in-store, understanding their needs, and recommending Saie products that best match their preferences and skin concerns. The Selling Specialist will demonstrate products, explain key benefits and ingredients, and ensure a welcoming, inclusive shopping experience. Daily tasks include supporting sales targets, maintaining product displays, staying current on new launches, and sharing brand knowledge with customers and colleagues. The role may also involve assisting with in-store events, collecting customer feedback, and collaborating with store management to optimize the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills for engaging customers, explaining products clearly, and collaborating with team members.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, including active listening, empathy, and the ability to create a positive in-store experience.
- Proven Sales skills, with the ability to drive conversions, meet targets, and support promotional initiatives.
- Solid Product Knowledge skills, with an interest in clean beauty, ingredients, and Saie’s product range.
- Training skills to help educate customers and peers on product benefits, application techniques, and brand values.
- Previous retail or beauty industry experience is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
