Role Description The Logistics Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Winnipeg, MB, responsible for organizing and overseeing daily transportation and logistics activities. This role includes scheduling and dispatching loads, coordinating with drivers and customers, and ensuring shipments meet time, cost, and quality requirements. The Logistics Coordinator monitors freight movements, updates tracking systems, manages documentation, and resolves operational issues or delays in real time. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve working closely with warehouse and inventory teams, optimizing routes, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. The role requires consistent communication with internal stakeholders and external partners to support smooth, efficient logistics operations.
