The Saskatchewan Assessment Management Agency (SAMA) is an independent agency that develops and administers property assessment policy for the province, and provides property appraisal services to municipalities. SAMA is the recognized leader of property assessment in Saskatchewan.

SAMA’s central office is located in Regina. The Agency provides assessment services to municipalities from eight additional regional offices located throughout the province.
