The incumbent will lead the overarching marketing planning cadence, seamlessly translating annual business objectives into actionable quarterly priorities and individual, full-funnel campaign go-to-market (GTM) rollouts.
The incumbent will act as the crucial connective tissue across the marketing organization, overseeing the annual owned marketing budget, always-on media strategies, and Integrated Agency Team (IAT) management. Furthermore, they will be the critical bridge for global alignment and innovation, managing the intake of new ideas from Global HQ (Suwon) and external agencies. By driving high-priority projects and constructing compelling executive-level presentations, the Senior Manager, Marketing Planning will ensure our overall marketing strategy and supporting tactics are flawlessly executed and strategically aligned to drive revenue, profit, and share growth.

- Establish and govern the structured planning cadence, bridging annual brand strategies with quarterly tactical plans and campaign-specific execution.
Budget Oversight & Media Governance:

Agency Management (IMC/IAT):
- Direct the Integrated Agency Team (IAT) strategy and operational cadence.
- Drive strategic sessions, ensure cross-agency collaboration, and hold partners accountable to timelines, budgets, and creative deliverables.
Innovation & Global Intake:
- Serve as the primary intake channel for new marketing ideas, concepts, and best practices from external agency partners and Global HQ (Suwon).
- Ensure global learnings are localized and applied to future campaigns.
Executive Communication:
- Synthesize complex business dynamics and performance metrics into cohesive, high-level strategic presentation decks for senior executive alignment.
Cross-Functional Orchestration:
- Work with Brand Managers, Product Marketing, Channel/Carrier Marketing, and the Programs team to align GTM strategies. Establish review cadences to ensure creative consistency and cross-pillar synergy.
Skills and Qualifications
Education:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent in training and experience.
Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of consumer marketing, brand strategy, and navigating retail/carrier or direct-to-consumer channels.
- High-level proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite; expert-level PowerPoint skills are mandatory for strategic storytelling and executive deck building.
- Capable of creating, maintaining, and communicating a complex, multi-layered Marketing Strategy.
Experience:
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in marketing planning, agency management, or integrated marketing communications within a premier consumer context.
- Demonstrated expertise in media planning, large-scale budget management, and end-to-end campaign orchestration.
- Proven ability to manage outcomes and drive alignment through influence, without direct authority, across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience working in highly matrixed, global corporate environments.
The salary range for this role is expected to be between $120,000 to $165,000. Actual pay will be determined based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, competencies, qualifications, relevant skills and experience. This posting is for a current job vacancy.
