Job Responsibilities:
•Dispatch orders, including transfers, tool repair orders and external customer orders.
•Pick, stage and distribute parts accurately and efficiently.
•Double check all orders for accuracy.
•Package all shipments securely to prevent damage during transit.
•Complete shipments by confirming sales orders and transfer orders and then generating packing lists.
•Process shipments on UPS WorldShip, which include ensuring freight terms, service levels, hazardous material shipping documents and commercial invoices are accurate.
•Daily consolidation of UPS/FEDEX/DHL reports to verify that all tracking numbers align, providing comprehensive reports to supervisor.
•Receive, inspect, label, and properly store incoming tools and parts
•Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
•Investigate inventory discrepancies and make appropriate recommendations.
•Ensure parts are properly identified, stored, and readily accessible.
•Inspect all returned parts and tools for proper documentation and process correctly.
•Address day-to-day issues and communicate significant concerns to management.
•Manage daily email communication from various departments, addressing inquiries related to parts, tools, quality control issues and logistics.
•Promote a safe and clean work environment.
Skills / Experience / Education Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
-Previous experience in parts, warehouse, or inventory operations preferred.
-Strong organizational and communications skills.
-Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
-Basic computer and inventory management skills.
-Ability to accurately maintain records and inventory information.
-Ability to safely lift and move parts and materials as required.
-Ability to work effectively with employees and other departments.
-Experience driving a fork-lift.
Working Conditions / Physical Requirements:
This position may require standing, walking, bending, lifting and working in a general warehouse environment. Adherence to company safety procedures is required.

The expected compensation range for this position is $20-$24. This range includes base pay and target variable pay. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and experience. We also consider internal equity to ensure fair and consistent pay practices. This range reflects the expected full compensation range for the role; most offers will fall within the range and not at the maximum in order to allow for future growth.
