We are currently looking for a Lead Pharmacy Technician to join our Home Delivery Operations team.

This is a fully on-site position in order to foster collaboration and daily support among team members.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the manager and operations coordinator on daily operations and team coordination
- Guide, support, and mentor team members on a daily basis
- Provide professional, compassionate, and patient-centered service, and share best practices with the team
- Ensure high-quality data entry and documentation
- Participate in employee onboarding, training, and development
- Act as a resource person for the team and help maintain a positive and collaborative work environment
- Actively contribute to the implementation of new operational tools and systems (e.g., PTMS, new processes, workflows, etc.)
- Participate in the development and facilitation of workshops, training sessions, and team meetings
- Contribute to maintaining quality standards and operational best practices
