Responsibilities
Design and develop engineering drawings, including lifting and rigging plans and transport arrangements, and produce equipment calculations and operational procedures. Stamp drawings as required and supervise or execute engineering work on site when needed.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, or civil engineering, or equivalent experience, is sought, along with professional engineering licensure in Ontario or another Canadian engineering order. The ideal candidate has 1–5 years of project engineering or project management experience in heavy lifting, cranes, or transportation, strong AutoCAD and Microsoft Office skills, familiarity with industry standards and regulations, and knowledge of 3D software.
