Role Description As a Franchisee intern at Scholars Edge, you will start and manage a small painting business in the Greater Winnipeg Metropolitan Area in a hybrid capacity, with some tasks completed from home and others on-site. Day-to-day responsibilities include promoting services, meeting with potential clients, providing estimates, and coordinating painting projects from start to finish. You will schedule and oversee painting crews, ensure work is completed to quality standards, and handle basic budgeting, invoicing, and record-keeping. The role also involves learning and applying sales techniques, customer service best practices, and business operations processes under the guidance of experienced mentors.
