Scholars Edge Painting is looking for motivated university and college students to run their own painting business for the upcoming summer season.
As an Operator, you’ll be responsible for managing a real residential painting business in your local territory. With training, mentorship, and systems provided by Scholars Edge, you’ll gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, hiring, leadership, customer service, and financial management.
What You'll Do
- Recruit, hire, and manage a team of painters
- Generate leads and build a customer base
- Conduct estimates and sell residential painting projects
- Schedule and manage projects from start to finish
- Manage customer relationships and ensure quality work
- Track revenue, expenses, labour, and profitability
- Lead and motivate your team throughout the summer
- Work directly with an experienced District Manager for coaching and support
