We're Hiring: Planning Manager - Richmond, BC
The Conseil scolaire francophone de la Colombie-Britannique (CSF), BC's French-language school board with 47 schools province-wide, is seeking a Planning Manager for our Capital Projects Office.
You'll lead feasibility studies and funding submissions for land acquisitions and school construction, build demographic projections and budgets, and coordinate architects, engineers, and planners on projects across the province.
You bring:
- Degree in architecture, urban planning, civil engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in infrastructure planning, urban planning, architecture, or project management
- Advanced Excel; strong analytical skills
- Solid grasp of land acquisition, construction, and municipal permitting
- Excellent English; French strongly preferred
