Scrambly

Scrambly is building a better way for people to find apps they'll love, and for apps to grow with the users they need. We own, operate, and build world-class apps across gaming rewards, lifestyle, and personal finance, used by millions of people.

Our recommendation engine learns what each person enjoys, from the games they play to the habits they keep, and connects them with apps they'll stick with. Gamified rewards make the discovery journey more fun. We think advertising has spent too long interrupting people. The best way to grow an app is to introduce it to someone who'll actually want it, and that's what we do, millions of times over.

We work with hundreds of leading advertisers, including game studios, finance apps, and consumer brands of every kind. Their campaigns run inside our own apps, where our engine puts them in front of the people most likely to stick around and hit their goals. They set the target, we find the users, and our gamified apps keep them coming back.

More than 200,000 users rated our apps 4.6 stars on average on the App Store and Google Play, because they actually enjoy using them. The industry's measurement leaders notice too: Singular's ROI Index 2026 named us a Top ROI Media Source, and AppsFlyer's Performance Index 2025 ranked us 10th among Android ad sources for casual games in North America. We're hiring people who want to change how apps grow. If you'd rather ship than talk about shipping, see open roles at https://people-jobs.com/scrambly/
