Sea to Sky Nannies | Childcare & Recruitment
Sea to Sky Nannies is a boutique childcare and recruitment agency connecting families with exceptional childcare professionals across Whistler, Squamish, Pemberton, and the Sea to Sky corridor.
We believe finding the right childcare should feel personal, seamless, and stress-free. Whether families are looking for a long-term nanny, a trusted babysitter, or childcare for a special event, we take the time to understand their needs and connect them with caregivers who are the right fit.
Alongside our family services, we support early childhood education centres with recruitment and staffing solutions, helping centres find qualified, reliable educators for permanent positions and short-term or last-minute staffing needs.
Our services include:
- Nanny Placements: Part-time and full-time nanny recruitment tailored to each family's needs.
- Babysitting Services: Trusted babysitters for occasional care, recurring bookings, and last-minute needs.
- Event & Wedding Childcare: Thoughtful, professional childcare for weddings, events, and special occasions.
- ECE Recruitment & Staffing: Connecting childcare centres with qualified early childhood educators for permanent roles, supply shifts, and temporary staffing support.
We take a personal approach to recruitment, prioritising quality, compatibility, and relationships. By maintaining a carefully selected network of childcare professionals, we aim to make finding the right support easier for families and employers alike.
Whether you're a family looking for childcare, a childcare centre seeking talented educators, or a nanny or ECE looking for your next opportunity, we'd love to connect.
Sea to Sky Nannies - connecting great people with the families and childcare communities that need them.
