About SecureOps

SecureOps is a Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) delivering 24/7 security operations, managed detection and response (MDR), and SOC-as-a-Service to enterprise clients. Coordinate with technical teams to define and document project scope, estimates, and effort.
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
Manage Project resource schedules and coordinate realistic project delivery timelines.
Assess, document, and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage project scope and communicate scope creep to SecureOps leadership.
Ensure project time tracking is accurately updated.
Create weekly project status reports, including time spent and invoicing.
Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
Track project milestones and deliverables.
Coordinate with Client Side Project Management resources to ensure alignment of goals and expectations.
Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project teams.
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.

Required Skills and Education:

1-3 years’ experience managing IT projects
Experience using Project Management software/tools
PMP Certification (or similar) is an asset
Proven ability to work with multiple projects simultaneously
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, due to regular interactions with clients and partners outside Quebec and the nature of the company's international responsibilities.

Paid sick days and personal days.
Comprehensive group insurance (health, dental, and life insurance).
