We are looking for highly organized and energetic candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the Club Coordinator Staff position, accountable directly to the Manager of Clubs. The Club Coordinator is responsible for communicating with club members and providing direction for members who are interested in clubs. This role includes the execution and monitoring of services and other administrative duties involving prospective and current clubs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Manager in implementing new ideas and activities
- Assist the Manager in the process of approving and sanctioning clubs.
- Conduct training sessions for executive members of clubs, as well as ensuring executive training is up to date and accurate
- Respond to inquiries and give information to students about the Seneca Student Federation and Clubs
- Assist in planning Club events focused on student engagement and Club promotions for both the Clubs and the SSF
- Create and monitor data information, file, and keep records of documents
- Communicate weekly with Club executives to maximize engagement
- With the Club committee, gather data through feedback from Club members on improvements to the Club service
- Assist the Club committee in achieving goals as determined yearly
- To help maintain, on a routine basis, all records regarding the Club matters:i.e. Budget Request, Table/Room Booking, Change of Executive Form, Reimbursement Form

Qualifications
- Must be currently enrolled in a full-time Seneca Polytechnic program during the Fall 2026 semester
- Must reside in Ontario
- Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Canada. (Social Insurance Number (SIN) will be required upon hire to process payroll and employment records)
- Must have an account with a Canadian bank
